At 689bet, every bet you place earns real points. The more you play, the faster you level up and the more exclusive benefits you unlock — from boosted cashback to a personal account manager dedicated to you.
The VIP Program at 689bet was built for players who take betting seriously. Unlike flash promotions or bonuses that disappear after a withdrawal, our program runs continuously — you earn points on every BRL wagered and level up automatically, unlocking greater rewards along the way.
There are five levels in total: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with real perks: higher weekly cashback, extra deposit bonuses, increased betting limits, priority withdrawal queues, and at the top levels, a personal account manager available via WhatsApp or chat 24 hours a day.
There's no extra sign-up required to participate. As soon as you create your 689bet account and make your first deposit, you're automatically placed at the Bronze level and start earning points. It's that simple.
All VIP benefits are credited in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of 689bet. Your data and transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Each level brings bigger rewards. Work your way up and reach Diamond.

Live Casino and slots — every bet earns points toward your VIP level at 689bet
See exactly what you earn at each level
Every Sunday at midnight, 689bet calculates your weekly losses and automatically returns a percentage straight to your wallet — no complicated rollover required.
Unlike the welcome bonus, which applies once, the VIP deposit bonus is applied to every deposit you make while your level remains active.
From Silver level up, your withdrawal requests move to a priority queue with faster processing. At Diamond, Pix arrives in as little as 5 minutes.
From Gold onward, you get access to a dedicated account manager who answers questions, helps with promotions, and resolves any issue via WhatsApp or chat.
Platinum and Diamond members get access to boosted odds on top Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, UFC, and e-sports matches — before they're available to the general public.
689bet hosts exclusive events in Brazilian cities — VIP box seats at matches, in-person poker tournaments, and one-of-a-kind experiences reserved for Gold members and above.
From Silver onwards, get access to slots tournaments, live blackjack, and Sports Betting competitions with real cash prizes — without going up against the platform's general user base.
Once you reach Diamond, that status is yours for life — even during slower months, you keep every benefit without having to earn your points back.
On birthdays, special dates, and level-up milestones, the 689bet team sends surprise bonuses, free spins, or physical gifts to active VIP members.
There are plenty of betting sites in Brazil, but few deliver a loyalty program that actually works. Most use points that expire quickly, bury the rules in fine print, or restrict cashback to specific bet types. At 689bet, the offering is different from the very start.
First, points never expire as long as your account is active. That means if you have a slower month, you won't lose what you've already built up. Second, points apply across every category — football, basketball, volleyball, MMA, slots, baccarat, roulette, crash games, e-sports. You play where you want, and the points come in all the same.
Third, the cashback is real money deposited directly into your wallet. It's not "bonus credit" with a 30x rollover — it's actual BRL you can withdraw immediately via Pix. That's one of the differences members talk about the most once they reach Gold or Platinum.
And for Brazilians who appreciate a more personal touch, the dedicated account manager — available from the Gold level up — is something very few platforms actually deliver. They know your history, understand which sports you follow, and can send you targeted promotions that genuinely fit your profile, not the same generic messages that go out to everyone.

"I reached Gold after about 4 months betting on the Brasileirão. The personal manager is the real deal — he messaged me on WhatsApp when better odds dropped for Flamengo. You just don't get that at other platforms I've used."
"I'm a huge fan of live casino and slots. At 689bet, every spin on the slots earns me VIP points. In 6 months I reached Platinum, and the 8% weekly cashback makes a real difference to my balance. Pix withdrawals come through so much faster now."
"I was already Diamond at another platform, but my points expired every month and I had to force bets just to keep my status. At 689bet, none of that happens. My balance truly accumulates and Diamond status is for life. Way better."
